Sindh govt working on guidelines given by WHO: Bilawal

Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the Sindh government was working on the guidelines given by the World Health Organisation (WHO) in a fight against Corona Pandemic

Peoples Part priority was to save the lives of the people, he further said this while addressing an online webinar of PPP secretaries information.

Bilawal Bhutto said that the government should provide maximum relief to the daily wage workers who lost their jobs due to the current lockdown. 

Due to timely measures taken by the government of Sindh, Pakistan was saved from turning into Wuhan, Italy, and New York, he said adding that other provinces also followed Sindh to protect their people. 

Bilawal Bhutto urged the federal government to provide facilities to doctors, nurses and paramedical staff. It was the responsibility of the federal government to help provinces, he added.

Talking about Balochitan province, Sarbuland Khan briefed the Chairman PPP that  Balochistan province lacks test kits. 

On her turn, Rubina Khalid said that doctors lost their lives in the line of duty because they were not provided protective gear. 

Sadia Danish apprised the Chairman of lack of doctors protective and testing kits in Gilgit Baltistan.

Munawwar Anjum, Palwasha Khan, Saeed Ghani, Hasan Murtaza, Aajiz Dhamra, Sarbuland Khan, Nawabzada Iftikhar, Rubina Khalid, Sadia Danish, Javed Ayub, Nasir Shah, Barrister Amir Hasan, Sassi Palijo, Saher Kamran and Nazir Dhoki.
